Consultations

 We’ll provide an in home consultation with one of our home staging specialists. Moving room to room we’ll make hands on adjustments and/or provide detailed written notes of our recommendations on decluttering, furniture layout, editing, organizing, cleaning & repairs, . 

Hands On Consultation or “Style and Shoot” -  for Realtors And Homeowners (same day service no consultation required)

This is by far our most popular service and brings the best results at the the very best rate!

A rock-solid online presence is mandatory in today’s digital world. This service will guarantee your listing photos shine! Two professional stylists will work through your home, room to room, making sure everything looks its best and is photo-ready. Depending on the size of your home we will require at least 3-4 hrs before the photoshoot.

Cost for up to 2 hrs: $275 Chilliwack - $300 Abbotsford/Aggassiz - $325 Mission/Hope - $350 Maple Ridge/Langley/South Surrey- ALL Prices + GST

VIRTUAL Consultations

We can work from a video walk through to provide customized written notes to act as a road map to follow to get the property ready to photograph and list $150 + GST   

Partial Staging

 Our gift for staging homes using existing furnishings allows sellers to realize higher profits at a relatively low cost. We’ll start with an in home consultation with written notes of our recommendations ($225 + GST) From here we can design a custom accessory package tailored to make your listing shine. 

Accessory packages start at $600+ GST and will vary depending on what needs to be added. This fee will cover design, delivery, install and pick up plus 4 weeks rental of any  decor

Vacant/Showhome Staging

After a complimentary consultation, one of our staging experts will design the perfect package to showcase your home to the most potential buyers.

Heart of the Home package - includes entryway, kitchen, dining room, living room, primary bedroom and primary bathroom. Always included at no extra cost 2 extra bathrooms, laundry room, front porch and small patio

CONDOS - Costs range between $2350 and $3250 + GST and include up to one month furnishing rental
Add an additional bedroom or den/office for $300/500 per room depending on size

HOUSES - Costs range between $2800 and $3350 + GST and include up to one month furnishing rental
Add an additional bedroom or den/office for $400/600 per room depending on size
